Gas Generator Set Series

This series of gas generator sets offers a power range from 50 kW to 4,500 kW and can flexibly adapt to various gas sources, including natural gas, biogas, coalbed methane, and associated petroleum gas. Featuring high-speed lean-burn engines, high-energy ignition systems, and advanced low-emission aftertreatment technologies, these units achieve NOx emissions as low as 50 mg/Nm³, with electrical efficiency up to 45% and a combined heat-and-power (CHP) efficiency exceeding 85%. They are widely used in urban power plants, landfills, wastewater treatment facilities, oilfields, large commercial complexes, and distributed energy projects, providing a one-stop solution for green, low-carbon, continuous, and stable electricity and thermal energy needs.

Alternator Series

This series of alternators encompasses two major platforms—brushless self-excited and permanent-magnet excitation—with capacities ranging from 5 kVA to 5,000 kVA. They feature Class H insulation, stator windings impregnated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), and a copper-brazed rotor design. These generators offer ample temperature rise margins, excellent resistance to damp heat and salt spray, and optional protection ratings from IP21 to IP56. Their efficiency can reach up to 97%. Standard equipment includes an AVR automatic voltage regulator with a regulation accuracy of ±0.5%, and the units are compatible with both 50/60 Hz operation and full-voltage outputs ranging from 380 V to 13.8 kV. They support dual-mode operation in both grid-connected and islanded modes. Meeting the stringent requirements of high-reliability, low THD, and fast transient response, these alternators are ideally suited for demanding applications such as data centers, hospitals, mines, wind power energy storage systems, marine vessels, and military environments. Portable Generator Series

The portable generator series covers gasoline, diesel, and variable-frequency multi-fuel platforms, with power outputs ranging from 1 kVA to 15 kVA, easily powering inductive loads such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and power tools. The entire series features a lightweight frame coupled with universal casters and foldable handles, allowing it to be pushed effortlessly with one hand. Its ultra-low-noise, quiet enclosure (≤65 dB at 7 meters) ensures that even in night markets or while camping, you can generate power quietly and discreetly. The core power options include OHV gasoline engines or highly efficient air-cooled or water-cooled diesel engines, both meeting Euro V and China III emission standards. They come equipped with one-touch electric start, low oil-pressure protection, overload and short-circuit protection, and APP-based Bluetooth monitoring—all conveniently integrated into a single unit.

Biogas generator set

This series of generating units is specially designed for gases containing methane, such as livestock and poultry manure biogas, kitchen and food waste, municipal sludge, and landfill gas. The power output ranges from 8 kW to 5,000 kW. These units can operate solely on pure biogas or flexibly switch between dual fuels—biogas and diesel. The core engine features corrosion-resistant alloy cylinder liners, Class H insulation brushless generators, and closed-loop lean-burn technology, achieving an electrical efficiency of up to 44% and a combined thermoelectric efficiency exceeding 90%. Standard equipment includes CE/UL-certified smart grid integration cabinets, a remote “four-remote” cloud platform, and a dynamic power regulation system, enabling islanded operation, grid-connected power sales, or participation in virtual power plant peak-shaving services. Delivered as modular, quiet containerized units with integrated waste heat recovery and exhaust gas SCR post-treatment, these systems meet Euro V and China VI emission standards.
